The warrior is someone who has the strength and courage to live their own way, to carve a personal path rather than following one worn by the passage of the majority.
The warrior expects the path to be difficult but is prepared to face any trial, any obstacle in order to pursue the whispers of their own heart.
The warrior stops trying to fit in with those around them to the detriment of being themselves.
The only voice the real warrior answers to is the silent guide within that speaks through awareness and intuition.
The warrior’s calling is their main vision, this focus benefits all because it is performed without thought of personal fame or recognition.
The warrior’s calling is delivered through the intelligence of the heart and it is here the warrior accesses real courage.
The warrior respects and shows kindness to everyone they meet and strongly connects with those that touch their soul.
The warrior does not blindly serve, but serve they must.
A warrior chooses his battles and avoids the ones he does not believe in.
The warrior’s heart felt courage is always shrouded in compassion.
The warrior is forged through a virtuous path of self-discipline and integrity.
These are the ways of the warrior.
The way of the warrior is found through facing fear.
It is not easy.
But the reality of who a person is, and what they can achieve, can only be found through fear.
Fear is that trophy that says “ Step forward, what you desire is here on the other side.”
On the other side the warrior within waits patiently with his sword. He knows once he is released the light of his wisdom will soar beyond the physical form of its existence such is its power.
The warrior within is waiting…
