Recognised therapIes such as counselling, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychology etc, are proving not to work on their own and never really did.
These therapies are not stand-alone solutions. They are incomplete, often delivered at the wrong time in the healing process and remain vastly inadequate.

Cognitive reframing is a psychological technique that consists of identifying and then changing the way situations, experiences, events, ideas, and/or emotions are viewed[1]. Cognitive reframing is the process by which such situations or thoughts are challenged and then changed.

This technique alone will not work. It is the body and the home of feelings and it’s memory and reaction to previous events that holds the key.
