This Summer I had the pleasure of spending a few days with Klaus Kemper, Germany’s 3 time Light Heavyweight Judo Champion. A fine gentleman.
We had great chats on the power of the mind, the building of character and the tough sport of Judo.
Best remark: “When you think you have nothing left in you, you can often do the greatest things.”
I would say that’s a universal lesson for life.
