Last Knights
Clive Owen stars as a fallen warrior who rises up against a corrupt and cruel ruler to avenge his dishonored master played by the excellent Morgan Freeman.
There are not many films about the warrior codes of Chivalry or Bushido and this little gem is one of the best. It’s a movie about loyalty, honor, courage and vengeance.

Unlimited Courage
– New Website Release
I’m very pleased to announce the new soon to be launched membership program on all things courage.
After 30 years of coaching, it was time to bring my teachings to the masses.
This includes an in-depth instruction on food, physical movement and training, of which some of it has never been seen or covered before.
Also the underpinning philosophy that grew from the toughest circumstances imaginable to create the most formidable minds of courage.
Whatever you’ve been through, wherever you are right now – only one thing is stopping you from completely changing how you act, think and feel – and what you achieve in every part of your life.
Please check out Unlimited Courage to get to the very heart of what's stopping you from living your life to it's fullest potential!
I’d also love to hear your first impressions about the new site, so please let me know your thoughts!
Saying of the week.
“The fear you have inside or
which you live by, is the
same one triggered by
external events. They are not
separate.”
A question I got asked this week.
“Can you recommend a supplement for recovery after exercise?”
Although I don’t believe all of these post recovery drinks are necessary, I do recognise that after very intense exercise some extra nutrients may help.
I’ve found ‘MegaMag Muscleze’ by Nutri to be very good. It’s a powdered magnesium supplement with other co factors to support and enhance it.
Magnesium is essential to help relax, lower blood pressure and provide a sense of relief after a tough training session. Many athletes I have worked with have had a complete energy turnaround using magnesium, after feeling exhausted and irritable on a regular basis.
Magnesium is also important for mental health and some research suggest it’s highly effective to alleviate depression and even aggression.
