Official Secrets
I was recommended this film recently by a close friend and it certainly didn’t disappoint.
Keira Knightly is superb in the true story of Katharine Gun, who during the immediate run-up to the 2003 Iraq invasion, leaked a top secret NSA memo.
The memo contained a joint US-UK illegal spying operation against members of the UN Security Council. The memo proposed blackmailing other smaller member states into voting for war. Legal battles exposed the highest levels of corruption in both London and Washington governments.
Containing real footage, this film is a demonstration of incredible people who find the courage to stand up to powerful corrupt governments, with often huge potential personal risk.
A morality story for the 21st century.

Blog – Our health is our responsibility.
Firstly, thank you for the comments and feedback I received from last weeks blog. It clearly inspired a lot of people to look more deeply into their own health habits and also raised some relevant questions to what’s going on. A question that’s been asked a few times: “What about the vaccine? Are you going to take it and should I?”
My answer to this question is no, I will not be taking the vaccine and neither will anyone in my household. I felt I had to follow up with this blog and explain why but also to supply information on what we need to know and understand before any decision is made for anyone personally thinking of taking the vaccine.
Especially in the censorship age we now live in.

Saying of the week.

A question I got asked this week.
“What is the best Martial Art for developing a child’s confidence?”
I’ve been asked this question many times and it’s an easy one to answer.
I always steer young children to Judo or Brazilian style Jujitsu. It’s fairly safe and due to the nature of these arts, confidence develops very quickly. Both arts are without pretence and they don’t allow anywhere to hide. They are pressure tested in real sparring and real bouts and proof of capability is obvious. Unlike so many traditional martial arts that are often taught in a manner that leaves the student not really sure if their techniques would ever work, Judo has no doubt in its effectiveness due to how it is trained and taught.
Highly recommended. Even for an adult, a year of serious judo training is worth more than a lifetime of most personal development courses and approaches.
The founder of Judo – Jigaro Kano, created the art for the development of character and it remains a potent way to do so.
