With 3 decades experience in his field, Simon Lee has now established himself as a pioneer in a new approach to delivering personal development coaching, healing and lasting mental strength.
A plain talking, no frills mentor, who has transformed the lives of hundreds of people from all walks of life from business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, serious sportsmen and women and young men in search of meaning and purpose.
He had studied the psychology of the great philosophies for 30 years and applied it in practical and transformational outcomes to his many clients. In addition he has been a nutritionist for a private healthcare company and is a physical conditioning expert. He has taught mindfulness and breath-work for 30 years. This has created a rare experience as a coach, as someone who can aim both body and mind from an ambition to success.
His own achievements resonate with a knowing and wisdom of experience. .He won a Southern England bodybuilding title at 20 years old before immersing himself in learning and teaching seven different martial arts from National, World champions and an Olympic medalist. This learning experience was a hands on immersion into the mindsets of champions. For several years he delved into ultra running, experiencing 45 mile runs in the Scottish Highlands.
