These three essential and inseparable subjects are completely unique to our coaching and if one of these is overlooked, the true capability of the mind will not be accessed.
I’m Simon Lee. I write, deliver talks and courses both in person and via products. I have been a coach for over 25 years.
Over the past thirty eight years I have been on a quest to discover the most effective way to overcome the fragility of fear. Fear is the most predominant emotion in society and once fully understood and utilised, values of true human fulfilment such as compassion, courage and integrity can flourish and be asserted over the most challenging situations in life.
I am not referring to our usual understanding of fear as the constant search (or avoidance) for the adrenalised physiological state as a means to progress in life, for this is limited and often doesn’t create the greatest transformation that frees someone from the societal chains of their environment. Instead, I refer to the big overall fear that holds the potential to shift an entire environment. This is the fragile self we have formed to function, conform and secure our place in the world. This is the big fear. The one that Holds the most powerful transformation. The one the reaches far beyond one person and creates ripples throughout ones own environment. The only security that really exists and the only way to vanquish fear from our own environment is psychological security.
Real healing, real transformation is the complete attention to how we behave, what we think, what we consume and why, how we move, how we feel, what we watch and read and the result of all of it, not only with ourselves but on those around us. We cannot compartmentalise change. That is to say we do not change just one part of ourselves and expect everything to remain the same.
It is the fragmentation and misunderstanding of these subjects that results in people feeling differently to how they are thinking and acting differently to how they are feeling. It is this reason the vast majority of personal development and self-help guides have failed.
What we do not need is more of/or another therapy, but instead, a philosophy of living that builds a powerful self trust beyond the superficial devalued behaviour often seen and adopted by modern society.
Having intensely studied ancient Eastern and Western Philosophy as well as cutting-edge Western Nuroscience and Quantum Physics; I teach new possibilities and highly effective methods of thinking, moving, breathing, eating, meditating and being. I don’t teach theory. On our live courses you practice every lesson to anchor the new habits and behaviours at the deepest level.
There are no short-cuts to discovering the power of your own mind but it is important to realise we desire what we already have. Unlike most personal development courses where you are given tools, methods and processes to become something you think you are not, instead we teach how to chip away pre-conditioned thoughts and beliefs we have obtained from our environment. This leads to an incredibly open and free mind. It is through loss and not adding that an incredible mental strength is accessed.
Alongside the psychological lessons, I sometimes inject practical physical training that illustrates first hand, how not all exercise is created equal and certain movements can create and integration of the mind and body which itself can create new thoughts and beliefs, contrary to popular belief.
I guide how to harness the energy of all emotions as a form of feedback, learning and personal creativity. Our idea of so called “negative emotions” and an attempt to suppress and counter them with positive thinking is a myth and has created more conflict and more problems. There is a better way.
As with everything I share, I have tried and tested each aspect and I know from direct experience and those of my clients what is required to facilitate real change.
